  • and of course it's my dearest papa's birthday today.. Hope he will always be healthy, happy everyday, less work and stress in the office, win lottery if he ever buy one.. I love you papa!!
  • I'm so happy now.. my darling just bought a new bicycle and we went around the campus under drizzling rain.. it was so so so sweet and romantic (just like the jay chou's movie - the secret).. I'm sure I will remember this moment forever!
I think I should really go on diet now so he wouldn't be using too much of energy cycling with me on his back..

  • Today is a special day for us.. Our 18 months together  I manage to give my dear surprise although I'm so stressed up with studies.. Both of us are in such a hectic life where we have exam every 6weeks and sometime surprises can just light up our day (the giver enjoys, the receiver happy)

I want to go to Hong Kong for a vacation and I have been nagging my dad about it since the past few days. Now that I can decide which package I want, I feel bad because the price is quite high and I think it's quite taxing for my dad. My dad really loves me a lot a lot. I always think he is the best father in the world. I love you dad. (I know my dad does not read my blog but I just want to express my feeling for him) Hong Kong or Singapore? :-S I'm undecided.

Someone in facebook just asked me about my University. He asked about the lecturers and facilities here and ask whether I will recommend friend to study here. Honestly the lecturers here are very good. Helpful, kind, knowledgable. Facilities are good.. However, there are some drawbacks though. Students here have to take many University papers in addition to our main course paper.. We have to take subjects like World Religion, Philosophy, Introduction to Communication, Introduction to History, Introduction to Literature, Entrepreneurship and 3 English papers.. All University students in Malaysia are compulsory to take 2 MQA papers which are Malaysian Studies and Moral Studies but my Uni make it compulsory for us to take the other papers.. (I already took Malaysian Studies, World Religion, EGAP, ESAP and Introduction to Literature in my first year, have to finish the rest in my second year) We have to attain at least 80% of attendance in order to sit for the examination which mean we CANNOT SKIP these classes.. I feel this is very taxing because classes end at 7pm and we are already exhausted by then.. Dinner time starts from 6.45pm and by the time we reach there after our classes the queue will be SO SO SO SO SO long and one has to wait for AT LEAST 30minutes to get the food.. Study stress + Meal stress----->> SUPER STRESS! That is why I always think WE ARE VERY GREAT BECAUSE WE CAN SURVIVE OUR FIRST YEAR SUCCESSFULLY..

    ******************stop complaining******************

By the way studying in Starbucks is very enjoyable.. but only rich kids can do that without feeling the pinch.. I acted like one and tried it yesterday haha

oh ya.. I just bought specs last month! My power is very low (<100) but I think I look more like a doctor with specs! haha

My ca will be on Thursday and Friday. All 7 subjects in one written paper.. I hope I can survive in that two hours paper..

  • I'm back.

Something brief about my 2 months holidays :-
    - went to Genting for a 3 days 2 nights trip
    - went to Malacca for one day trip
    - read 2 novels (I hardly read)
    - went to True Fitness for some RMP classes
    - met up with sakais (not much changes they have)
    - met up with Sook Yee and Ms Kwee (enjoyed the time we spent a lot)
    - 'zhu fan zai' for my dear
    - went to Terengganu for cousin's wedding

Second year seems more challenging and interesting to me. I'm still trying to get use to pbl session and I hope I will benefit from it more. Perhaps I should speak up more. I'm always looking forward for CSC session because that is the time we have hands-on practise. The skills that we have leart - measuring BP, auscultation, listening to murmurs, venepuncture....

Exams is near. Wish me luck.

About Me

  • Swee Hong is my name. If you were to call me that, please pronounce it correctly. Otherwise, just call me Joycelyn will do ;) I'm just a normal person like anyone of you. At the age of 19, I'm in the process of entering adulthood and I'm experiencing new things with an open heart. I'm getting more freedom now and I really cherish what I have. I love dreaming. Everything is so perfect in dreams. Shopping is a must and travelling is my life! I will definitely go for a world tour with my special one one day in the future. Chocolate is my favourite but it seems like I can't have too much of that:-( Fruits are essential for good skin ;-) I love cooking! Becoming housewife is sometime my dream too but this is contradict to what I'm going to study for degree. I would love to achieve great things in my life but life is too short for everything. I'm fickle minded sometimes but I'm trying to change. I believe in miracles. I'm unpredictable;P And I'm looking forward to my future!
